All refund requests or requests for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Membership Registrar.
If a family withdraws a child from the program, for any reason, at any time, they shall forfeit the application fee ($50.00). This fee covers the materials and administrative costs required to process the application and prepare for the child’s admission into our program.
Prior to August 1: If a family withdraws a child prior to August 1, the security deposit ($50.00) will be refunded only if their position is filled by September 1, or at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
After August 1: If a family withdraws a child after August 1, there will be NO refund of the security deposit, regardless of class enrollment.
Prepaid Tuition Refunds
No pre-paid tuition shall be refunded if the withdrawal occurs after March 1.
If for any reason a family has an extended leave from the preschool and wants to guarantee the child’s spot in the program, the family must pay the full tuition amount for the leave time.
