Multi-Age Program

GSRP

• Phase 1: Submit an application through MiECC 
• Phase 2: Once enrolled through MiECC:
  • New Families: Register using the Hello Portal on Jovial. 
  • ​​Current or Alumni Families: Log in to your Family Portal on Jovial  and complete the GSRP registration form. *Trouble logging into Jovial? Your account may be inactive. Email Member Services*​
  • If registering for optional 1 Day Fridays: $25 Non-Refundable Registration Fee.

Tuition-Based

• New Families: Register using the Hello Portal on Jovial. 
• ​​Current or Alumni Families: Log in to your Family Portal on Jovial  and complete the registration form. *Trouble logging into Jovial? Your account may be inactive. Email Member Services.*
• $100 Non-Refundable Registration Fee payable via ACH or credit card through Jovial.
• ​First tuition payment will be due August 20th.​
• Materials fee of $75 will be due August 20th.

Tuition-Based and GSRP families will be required to submit the following items before the start of school in September:

1. Health Appraisal Form (within 30 days of starting)
2. Disclaimer Form & MSP Release (through Jovial)
3. Central Registry Clearance Request (Required by first day)
   1. Complete for each individual who will volunteer in the classroom (parents, grandparents, etc.)
   2. Attach a photocopy of each person's driver's license, state ID, or passport
4. Child Information Record (Required by first day)
5. Copy of Insurance Card (Front & Back, Required by first day)

Tuition-Based Families: Registration will NOT be considered complete and your spot will NOT be secure until receipt of BOTH the registration form and fee.

GSRP Eligible Families: Registration will NOT be considered complete and your spot will NOT be secure until all forms are received and enrollment approved in MiECC. Contact your care coordinator with any questions.
